As the driver was traveling to a customer site down a narrow country road, they entered an area of temporary road works. As the driver drove through and then exited the road works, the near side wheels of the mixer truck, went on to the roadside verge.
The verge was soft and gave way, resulting in the mixer truck rolling on to its side coming to rest in an adjoining field.
