|
Criminals accessed the site with a vehicle across adjoining land and by cutting the perimeter fencing. The electricity sub-station was broken into and power was disabled. Ground cables to pumps in the limestone and de-watering areas were then exposed and it is believed attached to the vehicle and dragged out of the ground.
