|Workplace rehabilitation scheme
|Foster Yeoman has implemented a workplace rehabilitation scheme, whereby the company will organise and cover the cost where rehabilitation is needed by an employee.
The scheme is tailored towards the individual’s medical condition, but may include:
• psychological counselling
• on-the-job training for new job skills.
Other than administration costs, Foster Yeoman can recoup most of its costs via the medical insurance offered to all employees.The rapid intervention afforded by this scheme means that Foster Yeoman can help its employees to return to fully productive work more quickly, thus at the same time saving the company significant sums of money.
