Tarmac has circa 600 frontline leaders (defined as an operational employee who directly supervises employees and/or contractor within their team. He/she is typically one level above general operational employees and is responsible for day to day operations. The company has recognised that this level of leader is critical to influencing how work gets done, and that our people stay safe and deliver on results.
Therefore the company decided to invest in frontline leadership development to enable the human performance element of a strong safety management framework.
