Artic vehicle delivering sand to site deposited hydraulic oil on the highway leading to the entrance to site.  Cyclist slipped on oil at the junction with the main  road. Minor cuts and bruises.  Police were informed who attended the scene, called in the fire service who have closed the road to clear the spill that had worsened due to traffic..
