Alive & Well 3 - Behavioural SHE, interdependence

Describtion

Brett has created two powerful seven minute videos as part of an updated behavioural SHE campaign (Alive and Well 3). The videos give a detailed account by two members of staff of separate incidences that they were involved in and the consequences that followed.

The overall training package looks at an individual’s ‘powers and responsibilities’, the sort of tasks that may lead individuals to take a ‘shortcut’ and recognition of the interdependence of staff in ensuring safe operations. The two DVDs are fundamental to the discussions around this. The course is being rolled out to all operational staff.
